I have clients (corporations) with gross revenue in excess of $1 million that have undergone a change in at least one of these areas:

Name;
Head office or mailing addresses;
Direct deposit information (including new requests).


How should I proceed?

Please follow these steps:

    1. Register the change with Canada Revenue Agency.
    2. Remove the applicable status change and/or direct deposit entries (if any) in the client's keywords.
    3. Efile the federal return with Corporation Internet Filing.

Note: Gross revenue in excess of $1 million is determined by the total of lines 8299 (Total revenue) and 9659 (Total farm revenue) of Schedule 125.
